At the Hamilton Estate Community Hall, 32 Hamilton Dr, Waiuku 2123, this Bokashi DIY course will be facilitated by Jennifer. Please arrive at 4pm to make your own bokashi bucket to take home with you to ferment your food scraps.
At 5pm Tom Sorensen will explain how to make your own EM that starts the bokashi fermentation process. You will be able to take home some liquid to which you can add milk to make your own EM.
It is essential that you RSVP for this event as it is a small venue.
Confirmed participants will receive a $40.00 discount toward the purchase of a composting system that can be redeemed online.
