DIY Bokashi at Communities Feeding Communities Harvest Festival
At the Communities Feeding Communities Garden, this workshop will be facilitated by Adam and is for beginners and experienced Bokashi composter’s alike. Come and enjoy the Communities Feeding Communities Harvest Festival, and learn about Bokashi! Make your own Bokashi bucket to take home for free!
Bokashi fermentation is a great system as it is able to deal with almost ALL food waste including cooked foods, dairy, meat and even small bones! We will learn about the Bokashi system, learn how to make our own systems (which you can take home with you) and have an open conversation about composting to answer any questions that you might have.
Bookings are essential to claim your buckets. Bring a small container or ziplock bag for a share of Bokashi zing.
