At Rowan Muir Community Centre, 213 Maraetai Drive, Maraetai Beach, Caroline will teach you how to bokashi and help you make your own free DIY Bokashi buckets that you can take home with you to ferment your food scraps. Advice on cold composting and worm farming also provided.
