At the Rollerson Park Community Garden (Main entrance at 10 Cross St, Papakura. There are also pedestrian entrances from 44 Rollerson Ave and next to 31 Sutton Cres.), This day includes practical large scale composting, gardening and more. Come along and learn practical skills that will help you feed yourself and your whanau.
This event will go ahead rain or shine (with gazebos for shelter).
If it rains there may be an opportunity to learn about other composting systems: worm farming and bokashi.
Confirmed participants will receive a $40.00 discount toward the purchase of a composting system that can be redeemed online.
