Copyright restrictions
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Compost Collective. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.

Compost Collective endeavours to ensure that all information included on this website is correct. Compost Collective does not accept liability for any matters that arise as a result of inaccurate content. This website includes references and links to other organisations but in no way endorses these individuals or organisations.
Purchase & Registration
Auckland Council funds the discounts toward purchase of compost systems. Discounts are available only to Auckland residents. Discount coupons are available to confirmed workshop participants only. Discount coupons are limited to one discount per household, per year, for a maximum of a ‘three systems combo’ purchase. We do check to ensure we are not delivering systems to the same address more than once a year. Delivery time is 7-10 working days. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of your composting system. Discount coupons expire three months after the date of issue.
Privacy
By providing personal information to this website, Compost Collective participants and organisers understand and accept it will be available to the website owners and delivery partners. Compost Collective’s complete privacy agreement details are outlined in our separate privacy policy.

Online Content
You alone are responsible for the content of your messages and posts, and for their consequences. Compost Collective reserves the right to terminate your account (at our sole discretion) if we become aware that you are violating any of the guidelines set forth in this terms and/or our privacy policy.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. All merchandise transactions entered on this site are administered and safeguarded through a secured webpage. Payments are made using Stripe. This website will not collect and store any credit card information.
We do not hold your credit card details on file electronically and each time you purchase you will be asked to re-enter your credit card details.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to temporarily store information such as cart items during a session. Cookies do not hold any personal information about you and we do not use them for any other purpose what so ever.
